Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks an experienced Program Executive to lead a high-priority development program in early clinical development. This leader will own cross-functional strategy, execution, and governance to advance a best- or first-in-class therapy through PoC and key milestones.

The role involves coordinating across Research, Development, Regulatory, Medical, and other functions to drive decisive action and high-quality execution in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Led or co-led therapies through early clinical development.
• Experience with Phase 1/2 programs and value inflection milestones.
• Ability to integrate clinical, regulatory, and translational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated program strategy through early development and PoC.
• Drive cross-functional execution, governance, and milestones.
• Own program budgets, resources, and investment decisions.
• Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Translational, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Medical, Finance, and more.
• Evaluate emerging data to identify risks and alternative paths.
• Prepare for health authority interactions and align strategies.
• Represent the program with executives and external stakeholders.
