- Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.
- Minimum education includes high school diploma or GED with related experience.
Responsibilities
- Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
- Communicates with clients and constituents via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
- Manages a caseload to ensure child support obligations are met.
- Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
