Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and two years of subordinate supervisory experience in a human service delivery program or related program.
• Two years of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Supervisor (SST064) or position equivalent;
• Four years of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 3 (SST062);
• Three years of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 4 (SST063).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of existing programs to ensure the identified outcome measures are achieved.
• Assures agency compliance with policies, appropriate documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Leads and administers a comprehensive system of public assistance, employability, and social services.
• Manages human resources and directs administrative activities for groups of social services employees.
• Plans, administers, and maintains the operation of social service programs.
