Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• You must meet the PA residency requirement and be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Agency Evaluation: Assess services to ensure goals, standards and best practices are met.
• Data Analysis: Review data on child abuse allegations, service outcomes, and agency performance.
• Service Guidance: Provide advice to improve quality and efficiency for agencies.
• Report Preparation: Develop written summaries of findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Policy Support: Assist with implementing department policies and refining practices.
• Stakeholder Communication: Meet with agency directors and officials to discuss results and improvements.
