Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Business Card Product Director to lead the credit card portfolio strategy and drive growth and profitability. You will partner with senior leadership to align roadmaps with company goals and oversee product development for business customers.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Risk to execute acquisition campaigns, optimize KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of credit card related oversight and experience.
• Experience working with other 3rd party credit card partners.
• Demonstrated experience in product development, business case development, strategic planning, project management and tactical implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead the business credit card portfolio strategy, including design and execution to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop long-term strategic plans, budgets, KPIs, and targets for the portfolio.
• Align strategy and product roadmap with senior leadership and company-wide goals.
• Oversee development of new business credit card and expense management products to meet customer needs and profitability.
• Drive customer acquisition campaigns and promotions with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Risk).
• Monitor risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and portfolio performance to mitigate risk.
• Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners to high performance.
• Oversee revenue generation, cost management, and profitability of the portfolio.
