Huntington National Bank is seeking a Consumer Card Product Director to lead the P&L for the credit card portfolio, shaping strategy, program execution and profitability. You will collaborate across Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Operations to drive growth and optimize program performance.

The role requires a deep track record in credit card oversight, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to align stakeholders around a shared vision while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years credit card oversight experience.
• Experience working with third-party credit card partners.

Responsibilities

• Owns P&L for the credit card portfolio and drives profitability.
• Analyzes portfolio trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Reviews product features to maximize profitability and customer value.
• Collaborates with Marketing to communicate product benefits and improve metrics.
• Manages program development with cross-functional partners.
• Evaluates performance and recommends changes to optimize programs.
• Ensures risk, compliance, and audit requirements are met.
• Develops controls to monitor risks and compliance.
• Leads, coaches, and may participate in hiring decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
