Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, forecasting, business case development, strategic planning, project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Installments card business strategy, roadmap, and profitability.
• Develop long-term strategic plans with targets, budgets and KPIs.
• Oversee development of installments products and features to meet customer needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement go-to-market strategies and drive growth.
• Monitor risk, compliance, and portfolio performance; adjust policies as needed.
• Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners.
