Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Card Product Manager Sr to drive card product strategies aimed at new account acquisition and portfolio optimization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, build business cases for growth, and ensure risk controls are in place while delivering innovative solutions.

This role requires 5+ years in product management, preferably in banking, and a bachelor's degree; advanced degrees and Agile experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Card product management experience on complex portfolios.
• Experience building business cases and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develops advanced card product knowledge for the more complex problems and strategic projects.
• Support management in building business cases and implementing solutions to increase spend, balance growth, revenue and profitability.
• Monitor day-to-day KPIs and identify trends, elevating issues to management.
• Leads coordination of IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Risk, Operations, Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, Vendors for effective implementation.
• Implement controls to ensure risks are measured, monitored and comply with requirements.
• Ensure staff are trained, resourced, and motivated to follow risk management principles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
