Job summary

Town & Country Title Services LLC seeks a dynamic Builder Escrow Coordinator for the Kansas City metro area. You will staff closings for residential builder transactions, coordinating with affiliate clients to deliver a seamless experience.

The role requires notary licensure for KS/MO, strong closing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple files with accuracy. Travel to closings and offices may be needed; full-time, non-exempt status is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as an escrow closer/officer for a title or escrow company on builder, resale, and refinance files.
• Current Notary or qualified to conduct closings for KS/MO properties.
• Required licensure to act as an Escrow Officer in KS and MO.
• Strong mathematical skills for fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Knowledge of title insurance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall closing process on assigned files/clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide updates through closing.
• Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions to prepare settlement statements and documents.
• Coordinate signatures, funds handling, and compliance with title and lender requirements.
• Disburse funds and verify receipt of good funds.
