The role requires notary status and licensure to close KS/MO properties, with strong knowledge of title insurance and real estate documents. Travel to closings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Notary and qualified to conduct closings for KS and MO properties.
• Licensure to act as an Escrow Officer in KS and MO required.
• Proficient knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, and real property law.

Responsibilities

• Manage closing process for builder, resale, and refinance files.
• Prepare settlement statements and real estate documents for closing.
• Coordinate with clients and lenders to ensure compliant closings.
• Communicate status of transactions to customers and team members.
