Job summary

Allstate seeks a Broker Dealer Sales Support specialist to handle pre- and post-sale calls, process trades, and coordinate with clearing firms and product providers. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and accurate account servicing.

You will educate customers on documentation, assist with new accounts, and support complex transfers while maintaining high service standards. Team collaboration is essential across departments.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series Industry Exam (SIE), Series 7 and 63 required or ability to acquire in timeframe.
• Excellent verbal communication and outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of securities industry, books/records, rules, products and market trading.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-sale calls and requests on mutual funds, annuities, and brokerage accounts.
• Place trades on funds, equities, ETFs, fixed income with knowledge of trading platforms.
• Serve as liaison between customers, broker-dealer, clearing firm, and product providers.
• Ensure FINRA books and records compliance and respond to audit requests.
• Oversee asset and cash movements via journals, EFTs, wires and checks.
• Educate customers on documentation requirements and platform usage.
• Assist with account openings and ongoing servicing; support death-claims processes.
• Review and approve paperwork related to account ownership and servicing.
