The candidate will support enrollment, retiree benefits, COBRA, and ongoing data maintenance in Workday, while upholding privacy standards and corporate policies. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in benefits HR required; 7 years may substitute.
• Solid understanding of benefit plans and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supports day-to-day administration of benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement and post-retirement plans.
• Maintains benefit records in Workday with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assists with enrollments, life events, open enrollment and annual processes.
• Serves as first point of contact for employee benefit inquiries with timely guidance.
• Participates in onboarding and benefits orientation for new hires.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, ACA, ERISA and COBRA, including audit prep and reporting.
• Supports retiree benefits, COBRA processes, and monthly billing tasks.
