• Strong customer service, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in specialty claim areas such as Coverage, Total Loss or Investigations.

Responsibilities

• Handles investigation of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages).
• Reviews policies and exercises authority to determine subrogation or fraud potential.
• Negotiates settlements and provides service throughout the claims process.
• Identifies customer needs and applies appropriate service skills.
• Learns to review, evaluate and negotiate injury claims when applicable.
• Works within a higher level of authority across complex cases.
