Job summary

Pinion is seeking an Associate Project Manager for its Land Advisory Team to coordinate and deliver complex agricultural drainage, irrigation, and land improvement projects from concept to completion.

You will partner with Senior Project Managers to develop plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client objectives, while communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of agricultural drainage, irrigation, earthmoving, and conservation projects from concept through completion.
  • Partner with Senior Project Managers to develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and align with client objectives.
  • Serve as a key contact between clients, contractors, landowners, partners, and internal teams.
  • Prospect, design, and implement agricultural capital improvement projects with NRCS, nonprofit, and private funds.
  • Identify challenges, propose practical solutions, and resolve issues as appropriate.
  • Utilize CAD, GIS, and other PM tools to support delivery and reporting.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
