Job summary

Pinion seeks an Associate Project Manager for the Land Advisory team in Moweaqua, Illinois. You will deliver large-scale agricultural drainage, irrigation, earthmoving, and conservation projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, contractors, landowners, and partners.

You’ll work with Senior Project Managers to plan, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client objectives while utilizing MS Office, CAD, and GIS tools. Travel ~10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of agricultural drainage, irrigation, earthmoving, and conservation projects from concept through completion.
• Partner with Senior Project Managers to develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and align with client objectives.
• Serve as key contact between clients, contractors, landowners, conservation partners and internal teams.
• Prospect, develop, design, and implement agricultural capital improvement projects with NRCS, nonprofit, and private funds.
• Identify challenges, recommend practical solutions, and escalate where needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, CAD, GIS, and other project management tools to support delivery and reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
