Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Asset Manager - Collateral Surveillance within its Midland organization. The role focuses on reviewing financials for securitized CRE, overseeing equity risk, and handling inquiries with a strong emphasis on compliance and reporting. Remote work may be possible in select locations.

Ideal candidates possess a degree and <1 year of experience, with knowledge of CRE and capital markets, plus strong analytical and communication skills to support asset management decisions.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate and capital markets is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and written/verbal communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee limited portfolios and routine borrower requests for securitized portfolios.
• Monitor and report on watch list assets and respond to inquiries per compliance procedures.
• Review financial statements, covenants, market data to assess impact.
• Collaborate with internal partners for cross-departmental decision making.
