Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Asset Manager - Collateral Surveillance in the Midland region. The role focuses on reviewing financial data, monitoring watch lists, and coordinating with external parties to ensure compliance and performance of securitized CRE portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher plus less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a development program.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate and capital markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee limited portfolios and routine borrower requests for securitized CMBS, Agency, SASB, SFR portfolios.
• Monitor and report on watch list assets and escalate as needed to internal partners.
• Review financial statements, loan covenants, market data to assess economic/compliance impact.
• Respond to external inquiries adhering to compliance procedures; interact with internal/external counsel, rating agencies and investors.
