Job summary

PNC's Midland organization seeks an Associate Asset Manager - Collateral Surveillance to review financial statements, monitor watch lists, and determine the economic impact of loan portfolios. You will work with external parties and internal partners to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with limited professional experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of degree, comparable education and experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of commercial real estate and capital markets.
• Proven ability to make accurate and informed decisions.
• Strong financial accounting and analysis skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective multitasking and deadline-driven work approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee limited portfolios and routine borrower requests for securitized CRE portfolios.
• Monitor watch list assets and report findings to internal partners.
• Review financial statements, covenants, market data to determine impact.
• Assess property inspections for watch lists and escalate as needed.
• Board collateral information and reporting to required parties.
• Provide analytical support to the Asset Management Department.
• Interact with external parties including rating agencies and investors.
