Job summary

Cohesive Components is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the complete AR and AP cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls that support cash-flow objectives. You will supervise AR/AP staff and partner with multiple departments to drive financial integrity and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 5+ years in progressive AR/AP or accounting roles.
• Experience leading AR/AP staff and driving process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR cycles: invoicing, cash application, credit issuance, and DSO management.
• Maintain AR aging schedules and documentation for month-end and audits.
• Investigate deductions, short-pays, and disputes; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Oversee AP processes: invoice validation, coding, approvals, and three-way match.
• Maintain vendor master data and manage weekly payment cycles (checks, ACH, wire, purchasing cards).
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting; ensure internal controls.
