Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years clerical/administrative experience or an equivalent combination
• Associated degree with 3 years relevant experience including supervisory duties
• High school diploma with 4 years relevant clerical/administrative experience including supervisory duties

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clerical staff by monitoring queues, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely report submissions.
• Review and maintain broker, company representative and owner forms and documentation.
• Make necessary adjustments to databases to correct errors in STARS and NYCServ.
• Serve as backup approver for time and leave in CityTime and support performance standards management.
• Coordinate hearing scheduling and respond to schedule requests.
• Maintain records management systems and compile unit statistical data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly unit reports.
• Liaise with DOF units (IT, Parking Operations, Legal, Collections, External Affairs) to support automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliant handling of paper and electronic evidence submissions and hearing files.
