Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a National Sales Associate for RiverSource annuities and life insurance solutions. You will engage Ameriprise advisors primarily via inbound calls and select outbound outreach, matching product solutions to client retirement and legacy goals, while building strong relationships with wholesaling teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Active Series 6 License.
State Securities Agent Registration (Series 63).
Resident State Insurance Licenses (Variable, Health & Life).
Licenses must be obtained within 120 days if not active.

Responsibilities

Learn RiverSource annuity and life insurance products and strategies.
Answer inbound calls and match product solutions to client needs.
Run illustrations and proposals and teach advisors how to use these tools.
Follow up to close opportunities and identify additional sales opportunities.
Partner with wholesaling teams for proactive outreach and events.
Maintain licensing and CE requirements.
