LinkNetwork is assisting a Honolulu-based consulting firm in recruiting a detail-oriented Accountant. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, tax support, and client-facing service, with opportunities to work on diverse engagements in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of accounting experience, including familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience; public accounting a plus.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Assist with tax preparation and filings for businesses.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve processes.
• Support audits and compliance reviews for various clients.
• Maintain accurate records for multiple client accounts.
• Communicate regularly with clients to address their financial needs.
