Responsibilities

• Interviewing and processing electronic applications and renewals for all AFS programs (SNAP, Child Care, Medical).
• Interpret and apply policy and procedures; provide clear documentation of casework.
• Provide first contact resolution via virtual eligibility center or phone calls.
