Brighton Health Plan Solutions (BHPS) is seeking an Eligibility Service Representative (ESR) in New York to assist members with eligibility, changes to coverage and participation. The ESR will handle multi-channel communications including phone, chat, and email, and will work with the Eligibility & Benefits team.

Candidates should have bilingual proficiency, experience in high-volume enrollment, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English.
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality.
• Remote work capability with internet access.
• Strong communication through multiple channels (email, chat, voice).

Responsabilités

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries.
• Review eligibility, hours or co-premium issues with Benefits Enrollment team.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, attention to detail and issue resolution.
• Clarify customer requirements and confirm understanding of problems.
• Manage caregiver requests within turnaround times and coordinate with internal partners.
