Job summary

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC seeks an Eligibility Service Representative to handle multilingual inquiries, using phone, chat, and email channels. You will research eligibility and coverage changes and support the Eligibility & Benefits team to resolve complex issues.

Role involves high-volume activity, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration across internal partners. Remote work options and training are provided to fit scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Remote work capability with internet access.
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions, premium billing, and collections.
• Knowledge of labor and commercial carrier enrollment procedures.
• Prior high-volume call center experience.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge.
• Familiar with multi-channel communication (email, chat, phone).
• Some college or business school education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries.
• Review and resolve eligibility, hours or co-premium issues with Benefits Enrollment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and issue resolution skills.
• Clarify requirements and confirm understanding of problems.
• Manage caregiver requests within required turnaround times.
• Communicate with internal partners to ensure timely requests.
• Support projects and other departments as directed by management.
