Job summary

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC is seeking an Eligibility Service Representative to handle enrollment and eligibility inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will research eligibility issues, assist with coverage changes, and support the Eligibility & Benefits team.

The role requires multi-channel communication, strong accuracy, and adherence to turnaround times. Remote capability with flexible hours, including evenings, and a focus on customer service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English.
• Flexible availability for alternate schedules incl 11AM–9PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions, premium billing, and collections.
• Knowledge of labor and commercial carrier enrollment procedures.
• Prior high-volume call center experience.
• General knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Remote work capability with internet access.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong investigative and time management skills.
• Courteous and customer-service oriented.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Effective communication through multiple channels (email, chat, voice).
• Preferred experience in enrollment/eligibility roles, especially in commercial and labor plans.
• Some college or business school education advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries.
• Review and resolve eligibility, hours or co-premium issues with Benefits Enrollment team.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, attention to detail, research and issue resolution.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding.
• Manage caregiver requests within turnaround times; outreach to internal partners.
• Communicate effectively with individuals/teams to ensure timely expeditions of requests.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Use decision-support tools to answer questions.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and escalate as needed.
• Perform call center functions including inbound calls and support projects.
• Maintain knowledge of client requirements, procedures and contacts.
• Support projects and other departments as directed by management.
