Brighton Health Plan Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist members, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers with benefits, eligibility, and appeals. This remote role requires working Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5:30 PM EST and handling inbound calls with a focus on accurate, empathetic service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a high-volume call center, familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA privacy, and strong communication skills

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high-volume call center environments, preferably with medical-related inquiries.
• Understanding of HIPAA confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Ability to navigate medical terminology and patient communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and others.
• Address member benefits, eligibility, and appeals accurately.
