Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC is seeking an Eligibility Service Representative to handle caregiver inquiries across phone, chat and email, resolving eligibility questions and changes to coverage. You will collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team and use decision-support tools to ensure timely, accurate service.

Remote work capability with internet access is supported, with training and shift coverage across EST hours.

Formación

• Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English.
• Alternate schedules including 11AM–9PM EST, with training 9AM–6PM.
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions.
• Knowledge of labor and commercial carrier enrollment procedures.
• Prior high-volume call center experience.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Remote work capability with internet access.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong investigative and time management skills.
• Courteous and customer-service oriented.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Effective communication through multiple channels (email, chat, voice).
• Preferred experience in enrollment/eligibility roles in commercial and labor plans.
• Previous multi-channel experience (voice, email, chat) is a plus.
• Some college or business school education advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and resolving caregiver inquiries.
• Review and resolve eligibility, hours or co-premium issues; outreach to caregivers.
• Demonstrate empathy and offer solutions.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding.
• Manage caregiver requests within turnaround times; engage internal partners.
• Communicate across teams to ensure high-quality requests.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Use decision-support tools to answer questions.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and escalate as needed.
• Handle inbound calls and support projects as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of client requirements and contacts.
• Support projects and other departments as directed.
