Formación

• Master's degree in business, education or related field.
• Five years of educational experience.
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state standards through evaluation, development and coordination activities.
• Research and implement non-K12 curriculum resources that meet state standards.
• Manage teaching and administrative staff; Manage Master and Lead Teachers and programs.
• Articulate the school’s mission and vision with stakeholders, leveraging virtual communication tools.
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents regarding educational and behavioral issues.
• Develop and oversee implementation of the school’s Academic Improvement Plan.
