Job summary

Think Academy is seeking an English Language Arts Content Teacher to join our online team. The role emphasizes Reading, Speaking, and Writing for elementary students in a U.S. school context.

You will deliver live classes using our ELA curriculum, engage students, and provide progress feedback while participating in ongoing teacher training and professional development. This remote, full-time position starts ASAP and offers compensation per teaching hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with American English proficiency.
• U.S. public/private/charter school ELA teaching experience preferred (1st–4th grade focus).
• Bachelor's degree required; Education/ELA/English majors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach online ELA classes focusing on Reading, Speaking, and Writing skills.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons using Think Academy's curriculum resources.
• Manage a virtual classroom of up to ~10 students and provide timely feedback.
