Job summary

Think Academy is seeking an English Language Arts Content Teacher to deliver high-quality online ELA instruction for elementary students in the U.S. context.

You will manage a small virtual class, use Think Academy's curriculum resources, and provide timely feedback to families. This is a remote, full-time role with classes scheduled in the afternoon/evening US time zones and a commitment through at least one semester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Education/ELA majors preferred.
• 1st–4th grade ELA teaching experience in U.S. schools preferred.
• Strong literacy instruction and writing support understanding.
• Experience with online teaching technology and classroom management.
• Native-level English with American English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Teach online ELA classes focusing on Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
• Prepare and deliver structured lessons using curriculum resources.
• Engage and manage a virtual class of up to ~10 students.
• Grade student work and provide timely feedback.
• Communicate learning goals with students and parents.
• Participate in teacher training and curriculum discussions.
