GE Vernova seeks a Project Manager to lead electrification projects across Defense & Offshore segments, overseeing engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation phases. You will own financial performance, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and manage customer relationships with cross-functional teams.

The role requires U.S. citizenship or eligibility for a security clearance, up to 25% travel, and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Project Management experience delivering complex Electrical and Automation systems.
• Experience in electrification-focused industries (Marine, Offshore Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, Process Industries).
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale electrification projects from planning through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities to meet scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Act as primary customer interface, manage expectations, and build trust.
• Drive cross-functional teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations and adapt to changing business needs.
• Monitor milestones and report progress with emphasis on revenue and governance.
• Own financial performance and ensure compliance with targets.
• Lead project reviews and deliver formal communications (kick-off, status, risk reports, close-out).
• Identify and escalate risks/issues to protect customer satisfaction and project outcomes.
