Jobgether is listing a Project Manager – Data Centers on behalf of our partner, a U.S.-based company. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of data center projects, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors across planning, design, construction, and closeout phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong budgets/schedules control, and proven stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and document control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through closeout, aligning with client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison among owners, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, city officials and other stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and controls; identify risks and recommend actions.
• Coordinate procurement for design, construction, and consulting services; draft and administer contracts.
• Review design and technical documents to ensure alignment with goals and owner expectations.
• Organize and document project meetings; keep stakeholders informed and decisions tracked.
• Monitor construction progress and quality; verify alignment with design, schedules, and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and changes impacting cost or timing; propose practical solutions.
• Support value engineering discussions with ownership teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with contract administration and project closeout activities.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client interviews.
