Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead design and analysis of low to medium voltage power systems in industrial settings. You will perform arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients during site visits.

The role offers remote work with occasional travel and opportunities to mentor junior staff. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a BS in electrical engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Experience with electrical modeling and simulation tools (ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower).
• Experience in industries such as refining, chemical/petrochemical, power generation, or manufacturing.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design efforts across complex projects, performing engineering calculations and power system studies (arc flash, short circuit, coordination).
• Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality drawing packages.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (civil/structural, protection & controls, automation) to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Engage with clients through site visits and project discussions; mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
