Job summary

Mersen is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Northeast USA. The role covers MI, OH, WV, MD, DC, DE, CT, NY, PA and adjacent states, with extensive travel to meet customers and grow the business.

You will develop sales strategies, manage the existing portfolio, pursue new opportunities, respond to RFIs and pricing requests, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered solutions in electrical motors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years technical outside sales experience in electrical motors
• Experience with OEMs is a plus
• Ability to travel frequently across a 15-state region
• Strong command of English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in the Northeast USA
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Analyze customer processes and propose solutions
• Respond to RFQs and pricing requests promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams and field reps
