Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a qualified supervisor for a Water Treatment Plant project near Odessa, TX. You will oversee erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, coordinating with design engineering and field teams while supporting operations through warranty.

Remote 75% travel role with emphasis on safety and quality. The role requires a college diploma, 5+ years in water treatment or 10+ years in construction/commissioning, strong customer relations, electrical/instrumentation

Qualifications

• Must have college diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years water treatment experience or 10+ years construction/commissioning.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Electrical and instrumentation knowledge.
• WTS system familiarity.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between design engineering and construction during the erection of the Water Treatment Plant.
• Provide technical instruction on installation, operation, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Manage outside vendors to meet project specifications and performance.
• Develop SOPs and log sheets to document and monitor equipment.
• Develop and execute installation, assembly and storage plans.
• Perform quality inspections of electromechanical equipment with client representatives.
• Maintain strong safety mindset to meet safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports for customer records and future outages.
• Assist with electrical/instrumentation requirements for commissioning.
• Coordinate with Automation and E&I Leaders on project execution.
