Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software is essential.
Understanding of construction methods and terminology is required.
Ability to create/modify basic Revit families is necessary.
Responsibilities
Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrate design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identify and resolve spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
Generate drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
Skills
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
