Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit with ability to create and manage detailed 3D models.
• 2+ years of VDC/BIM modeling experience.
• Experience with clash detection software.
• Experience with electrical design including conduit and cable trays.
• Experience with sleeve drawings, embedded field points, and coordinating shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using Revit, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Use clash detection software to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure integrated, clash-free designs.
• Provide remote coordination and support for field operations, integrating 3D scans and field data into models.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, drawings, and schedules for project teams.
• Ensure model accuracy and quality, meeting project standards and deadlines.
• Stay current with BIM/VDC advancements to improve processes.
• Utilize collaboration tools to enhance communication and model accessibility.
