Job summary

Achieve Test Prep is seeking an eLearning Support Specialist for a fully remote role. You will manage cases, provide chat support, oversee lessons, and assist the team under the eLearning Operations Supervisor.

The position reports to the eLearning Operations Supervisor and requires scheduling expertise, strong English communication, and the ability to work with instructors and customers across time zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with eLearning platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and processes.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Verify and update class start dates.
• Schedule tutoring sessions per instructor availability.
• Monitor lesson timings for accuracy.
• Assist with Learning Management System (Moodle) queries.
• Respond to eLearning-related complaints and concerns.
• Provide effective chat support with clear communication.
• Coordinate schedules as needed and support instructors.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to manage exam/course inquiries.
