Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of law firm experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong direct litigation paralegal experience.
• Litigation experience in elder law, probate, personal injury, or general civil litigation.
• Ability to provide litigation support including court filings, reviewing and organizing case materials, and communicating with opposing counsel.
• Experience handling procedural aspects of active litigation matters.
• Ability to handle substantive and routine paperwork and forms.
• Experience completing forms and documentation for non-litigation matters.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Available for approximately 10+ hours per week with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support including court filings and organization of case materials.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and keep matters moving.
• Assist with procedural aspects of active litigation matters.
• Handle forms and paperwork for non-litigation matters.
• Support a solo attorney with remote, independent work.
