Qualifications

• Strong experience managing active case files from inception through resolution.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of discovery, including document review and production.
• Schedule hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage case files.
