Job summary

Laiba Technologies LLC seeks an Eightfold Configuration / Implementation Consultant to support remote deployments in the United States. You will configure the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform, perform data validation, and manage data migration for employee, candidate, and job data across rollouts and acquisitions.

Responsibilities include mapping with SuccessFactors, validating integrations, and coordinating with integration teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience.
• Hands-on Eightfold configuration and administration.
• Experience with employee, candidate and job data.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with HR system integrations.
• Experience with SuccessFactors integration is highly desirable.
• Experience with rollout/acquisition projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good Excel/data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.
• Support global rollout and acquisition implementations.
• Configure organizations, users, jobs and talent-related structures.
• Support employee/candidate/job data migration and validation.
• Perform data mapping between SuccessFactors and Eightfold.
• Validate inbound and outbound integrations.
• Analyze employee, candidate and requisition data.
• Support job ingestion and job data validation.
• Support hypercare and stabilization activities.
• Prepare mapping documents, test scripts and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with SuccessFactors and integration teams.
