Job summary

Business Intelli Solutions is seeking an Eightfold Consultant with hands-on expertise in configuration, integrations, data migration, validation, testing, and production support. The role involves configuring and administering the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform and supporting global implementations.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of Eightfold experience, strong data management skills, and expertise in HR integrations (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience.
• Employee, candidate & job data management.
• HR system integrations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience supporting rollout/acquisition projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.
• Support global rollouts, acquisitions, enhancements, and implementations.
• Configure organizations, users, jobs, talent profiles, and related structures.
• Support employee, candidate, and job data migration and reconciliation.
• Perform mapping and integration validation for Eightfold and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Validate data ingestion, skills, talent profiles, employee, candidate, and requisition data.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and post-go-live validation.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data issues.
• Prepare mapping documents, test scripts, and configuration documentation.
• Support production hypercare and stabilization.

• Validate job ingestion, skills, talent profile, employee, candidate, and requisition data
