Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking an EHS Specialist to support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Well-Being programs at a designated data center site.

You will be the primary onsite EHS resource ensuring a safe, compliant workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors. Working within established policies, you will conduct inspections, support risk assessments, monitor OSHA compliance, assist incident investigations, and promote a positive safety culture while coordinating with

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in safety, environmental, or related field.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required; OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in data center, critical facilities, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Ericsson EHS policies and programs at the data center site.
• Conduct inspections, safety observations, and compliance audits to identify hazards.
• Support risk assessments, permit reviews, and safe work planning for operations.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor safety activities and ensure site orientation and compliance.
• Maintain EHS records, training docs, permits, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate site-specific EHS training, toolbox talks, and safety communications.
