Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring an EHS Manager (EHSMiP) to support projects across the full lifecycle, from tender input to site execution and continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with EHS requirements, guide project teams, and provide practical site support to protect people and the project.

You will play a key role in risk assessment, EHS planning, and incident investigation while collaborating with Project Managers and Site Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent safety experience.
• CSP or CUSP preferred; willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Working knowledge of IEEE NESC, NFPA 70E, CFR 1926 Subpart V, CFR 1910.269.

Responsibilities

• Identify applicable EHS requirements for projects and develop the EHS plan.
• Perform risk assessments, define mitigation measures, and create emergency management concepts.
• Support Project Managers with EHS tender input, budgets, risks, permits, authorizations, and certificates.
• Implement training programs for electrical workers, utility construction personnel, contractors, and site leadership.
• Review contractor safe work methods, job hazard analyses, switching plans, and risk assessments for safety alignment.
• Conduct site inspections, report EHS performance, investigate incidents, and elevate non-compliance when needed.
