Job summary

CITI Program is seeking an Assistant Director, Environmental Health & Safety, to lead the continued development and management of the EHS content portfolio. You will collaborate with senior leadership to expand courses and webinars, and guide SMEs through the content lifecycle.

The role requires strong project leadership, budgeting skills, and experience managing educational materials, with remote work flexibility and occasional travel to events in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred.
• Five years of project leadership experience from inception to implementation.
• Experience developing training materials and SOPs is a plus.
• Experience managing consultants and project teams preferred.
• Subject matter familiarity with OSHA, EPA, Environmental Health and Safety, or biosafety beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of EHS content portfolio.
• Direct proposals for new content, modules, courses, and micro-courses.
• Oversee project management, timelines, and collaboration with SMEs.
• Guide content development through editing and peer review processes.
• Provide regular status reports to VP and department heads.
