SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to support operations with EH&S management systems, injury prevention programs, and driver safety initiatives. This remote East role partners with field leadership to strengthen EH&S culture.

The candidate will lead investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites in the US and Canada. Strong data analytics and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Risk Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years in an EHS role.
• Practical knowledge of OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies and injury prevention programs.
• Lead regional incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as DOT/FMCSA subject matter expert on roadside inspections.
• Work with fleet to improve driving behaviors via telematics.
• Collaborate with insurers and conduct OSHA investigations.
• Oversee environmental program compliance (Haz Waste, EPCRA, NPDES, SPCC).
• Analyze large data sets to identify risks and trends.
• Visit locations to support field associates.
