Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a strategic EHS Director for the Military Aircraft Group to lead environment, health and safety across MAG sites.

This senior role partners with MAG executive leadership to align EHS with global policies and drive programs, governance, and continuous improvement worldwide. You will develop KPIs, guide capital projects, supervise EHS professionals, manage incidents, audits and regulatory matters, and mentor a global team to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Science or Safety; professional certification (CHMM/SMS/CSP).
• 7+ years in manufacturing with EHS experience and program development.
• 5+ years in people leadership; strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAG EHS strategy and compliance across global sites.
• Oversee EHS programs, governance and continuous improvement.
• Develop KPIs, supervise incident investigations and audits.
• Coach and mentor EHS professionals within MAG.
