Job summary

Moog seeks an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Director to lead the MAG's EHS strategy across global sites. This senior role reports to the Global EHS Director and offers a hybrid-work arrangement, with Buffalo, NY as a key location.

You will drive EHS programs, oversee incident investigations, develop KPIs, and mentor EHS professionals while aligning with Moog’s safety standards and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree in Environmental Science or Safety, professional cert (CHMM, SMS, CSP) preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, hazard evaluation/elimination, EHS training, audits, and lean EHS programs.
• 5+ years of people leadership; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience across multi-country sites with multiple improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Own MAG EHS compliance, including standard systems and processes, across all sites.
• Develop and manage EHS KPIs and change management for long-term sustainment.
• Provide technical review and guidance on capital projects, notices of violations/consent orders, incidents.
• Track and report MAG environmental matters to Global EHS Director and Finance quarterly.
• Develop reporting to executives and site leaders on EHS performance and risks.
