Job summary

AssetWatch is a leading provider of predictive maintenance solutions, seeking an EHS Operations Analyst to ensure field readiness and revenue enablement. Based remotely with occasional travel, you will remove compliance barriers, manage contractor qualification, and coordinate safety documentation to enable safe site access for our technicians.

Reporting to the Safety Director, you will maintain safety records, support audits, and engage with internal teams via Salesforce and Slack to drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in EHS administration, safety operations, contractor compliance, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar contractor compliance platforms.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Slack or comparable collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gatekeeper for technician readiness and site entry compliance.
• Track safety documentation and training records.
• Support audits and corrective action tracking.
• Manage COIs and contractor qualification.
• Coordinate with internal teams via Slack and Salesforce for readiness.
